Your living room is typically where your tenants will spend a lot of time, so make it comfortable and cozy right away by investing in a high-quality sofa or couch.

TV and TV stand (if not wall mounted)

Laundry
Aside from preparing the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room, ensure that you have included cleaning supplies to guarantee that your property is kept in a clean state. The laundry should already house a tub as well as a cupboard and small bench top.
