Kristy grew up in the small English town of Doncaster however, Kristy always had ideas of travelling, especially having been born in Zambia, Africa and inheriting the travelling bug from her parents.
After marrying husband Nick in 2002, it was off to Sunny Australia, based on a spur of the moment decision to sell the house and have a year travelling Australia. After only 3 months living in Sydney, Kristy and Nick fell in love with the relaxed and stress-free Australian way of life. After just 4 months of living back in the UK they were back on a plane, but this time it was permanent.
Kristy is also a mum to 2 boys: Bailey, 13 and Jaxon, 11. “I encourage them to always be the best they can be and to make sure they enjoy what they are doing. Nick and I work well together as a team and the family are always cheering me on in my endeavours.

Why the book?
I have written this book to help you when it comes to choosing the right agent through to prepping and then selling your home for a premium price. I wanted to give the people I meet, those with real estate on their minds, a bit more value than a business card with my phone number on it.
